MFTD Respite

MFTD Respite is designed specifically to support children and youth who are deemed Medically Fragile and/or Technologically Dependent by a care coordinator through Ontario Health at Home(OHH). MFTD Respite Initiative provides families with approximately 3 hours of out-of-home respite each week with a 1:1 Community Inclusion Worker. The program strives to engage children and youth in various social, recreational, and educational activities that promote skill development and community participation.
