Community Living Supports (CLS) provides services to adults across Brampton and Caledon, in various support models such as
- Group Living,
- Supported Independent Living (SIL), and
- Host Family.
The foundation of CLS is rooted in choice and inclusion, empowering individuals to thrive in their homes and communities. The supports are tailored to encourage participation and inclusion, fostering personal goal achievement, skill development, and the formation of natural authentic relationships.
