How We Support
Service Coordination strengthens the capacity of families to support their family member with an intellectual disability. Service Coordination is a short-term, goal-oriented service.
Service Coordination Supports:
- Families to coordinate services across multiple service providers
- Advocacy for family members rights
- Problem solving
- Developing plans with the family
- Assistance with applications for CAMH and/or CWSDS
- Assistance navigating the educational system
- Provide workshops on future planning
DSO Service Navigation
Families 18 and older will need to go through Developmental Services Ontario( DSO) to access resources and services
DSO will:
- Link with other ministry funded service providers Navigate the service system Identify goals Inform family about other community programs
- Navigate the service system
- Identify goals
- Inform families about other community programs
Kids Pathways Peel
Families 18 and under will need to access Kids Pathways Peel at Child Development Resource Connection Peel (CDRCP).

As our families are required to go through DSO and Kids Pathways Peel, we will omit the get in touch on this page as we do not want families thinking they can directly access this service by contacting us
